How long is your lead time?

In general, the lead time is 90 days. For urgent demand, please contact our sales or email us.

How long does the limited warranty last?

We provide one-year limited warranty for all products.

Who should I contact if I'm interested in placing an order for CTE product?

Please email us, and our sales will contact you within 3 business days.

Where are your service center located?

We have service centers in Taiwan, Tokyo (Japan), Suzhou (China), and California (USA).

How do you provide customer service if there is no local service center?

No worries. If necessary, our professional customer service staff will fly to your location as soon as possible. We’ve sold lots of products to Bangladesh and Indonesia, and after-sales service is never a issue.

What are your differentiations with other suppliers?

The following commitments make us different from other suppliers:

Where do you manufacture your product?

All CTE products are made in Taiwan.

Yes, we can customize for you, including charge/ discharge spec, software features, fixtures, and more.

In what aspects can you customize for me?

We customize the system according to your requests, including charge/ discharge spec, software features, fixtures, and more.

I already have chamber from 3rd-party supplier. Is it compatible with your system?

Yes, we also collaborate with several 3-rd party chamber manufacturers such as Espec, Terchy, Giant Force, and TATO, and integrate their products into our system. Thus, users are capable of controlling chamber directly with our software.

What is the format of the raw data recorded in your system?

The raw data is in .csv format, so it can be opened and manipulated in 3rd party software that users are familiar with.

What language do you support for your system?

Our system supports Tranditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese. For other languages, please contact our sales.

May I visit your factory?

Sure, please contact our sales, and we will arrange a tour for you.

Are your products with CE certification?

Some of our products are with CE certification. However, due to the diversity of our products, CE certification is usually upon customer request.

Between Order and Delivery

When should I make the payment?

For local customers, we charge 40% as down payment, 50% before shipment, and 10% after acceptance check. For international customers, we charge 100% before shipment.

How should I make the payment?

The payment should be made through T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), check, L/C (Letter of Credit), and cash.

After You Receive the Equipment

The equipment doesn't function well, what can I do?

Please check the troubleshooting chapter in your user manual. If it doesn’t work, please report issue here, or contact your sales directly. Our customer service staff will contact you within 3 business days.
